Private Offices

Our team offices are just the right option for you if you want to enjoy the community of the CODE WORKING Community but still need your own space for your work. The team offices are equipped with a height-adjustable desk including monitor, ergonomic office chair and a lockable mobile container for each workstation.

There are also whiteboards, pinboards and cupboards in the rooms so that you can develop ideas together and store your belongings.

Included in the workplace

Regular meetups on exciting topics, 2 x per month joint Franzbrötchen breakfast and other community events
24/7 access to the premises via an access transponder (service hours are Mon–Fri 9 am–5 pm)
Unlimited coffee, tea and water, so you always stay well hydrated and maintain a steady caffeine level!
Hourly allowance for our meeting rooms included: 4 hours per month in our small meeting room (4 people) and 2 hours in our large meeting room (8–20 people) included,
after which bookings and billing are handled via our management software ‘Cobot’ with a 20% discount (discount also applies to the large meeting room)
‘Bring-a-friend’ option – do you have a visitor you’d like to bring along? You’re welcome to do so once a month free of charge!
Regular meet-ups on exciting topics, a communal Franzbrötchen breakfast twice a month and other community events
You can showcase your portfolio here in the space on our noticeboard for visitors to see!

Postbox in the space; the service team will collect your post and sort it for you

You can, of course, print here in the space too – free of charge
For a deposit of €50, you can book a locker so you don’t have to carry all your work equipment back and forth all the time. The locker incurs no further monthly costs.

2-person Team office

Currently booked

The 2-person team office will be available from November 2024 and will be obtained from one of the two meeting rooms when rented and converted accordingly.

The team office offers you height-adjustable desks, a monitor and a lockable mobile container for each seat. There is also a whiteboard and a large monitor in the office.

The monthly rent for our 2-person team office is

1.150€ net for a minimum rental period of 3 months,

A deposit of 2 months' rent is payable and the minimum rental period is 3 months. Of course, communal areas such as the kitchen and the ball pit are still available to you, as are all other inclusive services.

The two-person team office will be available again from September! Please get in touch if you are interested and would like to arrange a viewing.

6-person Team office

The 6-person team office is offered with height-adjustable desks, a monitor and a lockable mobile pedestal per workstation. The offices are of course lockable and are also equipped with cupboards and pinboards for good teamwork.

The monthly rent for the 6-person team office is

for a minimum rental period of up to 6 months € 2,500 net,
for a minimum rental period of more than 6 months € 2,200 net

The 6-person team office is let on a long-term lease and is currently not available.

8-person Team office

The 8-person team office is offered with height-adjustable desks, a monitor and a lockable mobile pedestal per workstation. The offices are of course lockable and are also equipped with cupboards and pinboards for good teamwork.

The monthly rent for the 8-person team office is

for a minimum rental period of up to 6 months € 3,800 net,
for a minimum rental period of more than 6 months € 3,600 net

The 8-person team office will be avaiable again from the 2nd of January 2027! Come in for a visit!
