Private Offices

Our team offices are just the right option for you if you want to enjoy the community of the CODE WORKING Community but still need your own space for your work. The team offices are equipped with a height-adjustable desk including monitor, ergonomic office chair and a lockable mobile container for each workstation.

There are also whiteboards, pinboards and cupboards in the rooms so that you can develop ideas together and store your belongings.

Included in the workplace

  • Regular meetups on exciting topics, 2 x per month joint Franzbrötchen breakfast and other community events
  • you can advertise your portfolio here in the space on our pinboard for visitors!
  • 24/7 access to the space via access transponder (service hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
  • Coffee, tea and water flat rate, so you always stay well hydrated and on a constant caffeine level!
  • Hourly quota for our meeting rooms included: 4 hours per month in one of our small conference rooms (4 people) included, then booking and billing via our management software “Cobot” with a 20% discount (discount also applies to our large meeting room)
  • Company logo in the entrance area: included if interested
  • Mailbox in the space, the service team receives the mail and sorts it for you.
  • Printer: 50* A4 b/w per person included, then print-accurate billing via our online tool “Ezeep”
  • Secure bicycle parking in the underground garage - access via your transponder
  • and of course fast WIFI

Our Private Offices

The 2-person team office will be available from November 2024 and will be obtained from one of the two meeting rooms when rented and converted accordingly.

The team office offers you height-adjustable desks, a monitor and a lockable mobile container for each seat. There is also a whiteboard and a large monitor in the office.

The monthly rent for our 2-person office is

  • 999€ net for a minimum rental period of up to 6 months,
  • 939€ net for a minimum rental period of more than 6 months.

A deposit of 2 months' rent is payable and the minimum rental period is 3 months. Of course, communal areas such as the kitchen and the ball pit are still available to you, as are all other inclusive services.

The 6-person office isoffered with height-adjustable desks, a monitor and a lockable mobile pedestal per workstation. The offices are of course lockable and are also equipped with cupboards and pinboards for good teamwork.

The monthly rent for the 6-person office is

  • for a minimum rental period of up to 6 months € 2,500 net,
  • 2,200 net for a minimum rental period of more than 6 months.

The 6-person office is let on a long-term lease and is currently not available.

The team offices are offered with height-adjustable desks, a monitor and a lockable mobile pedestal per workstation. The offices are of course lockable and are also equipped with cupboards and pinboards for good teamwork.

The monthly rent for the 8-person office is

  • 3,300 net for a minimum rental period of up to 6 months,
  • 3,000 net for a minimum rental period of more than 6 months.

The 8-person office is let on a long-term lease and is currently not available.
