Flex Desk

A Flex Desk is just right for you if you want to keep an eye on your budget and still enjoy all the benefits of the Code Working Community.

Flex Desks are not personally assigned and can be reassigned every day. You can book a locker to store your personal belongings for a deposit.

Included in the workplace

24/7 access to the area via access transponder (service hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
Coffee, tea and water flat, so you always stay well hydrated and at a constant caffeine level!
Hourly quota for our meeting rooms included: 4 hours per month in one of our small conference rooms (4 people) included,
then booking and billing via our management software "Cobot" with 20% discount (discount also applies to large meeting room)
Bring-a-friend option - do you have someone visiting that you would like to bring along? You can do this once a month free of charge!
Regular meetups on exciting topics, a joint Franzbrötchen breakfast twice a month and other community events
You can advertise your portfolio here in the space on our pinboard for visitors!

Mailbox in the Space, the service team receives the mail and sorts it for you
Own mailbox in the Space - acceptance and pre-sorting by the service team
Secure bicycle parking in the underground garage - access via your transponder
Printer: 50* A4 b/w per person included, then print-accurate billing via our online tool "Ezeep"
It is possible to book a locker for a deposit of €50 so that you don't have to carry all your work equipment back and forth. The locker does not incur any additional monthly costs.
