From June 28, 2025, the Accessibility Reinforcement Act ( BFSG ) will apply to many websites. Websites should be barrier-free by then at the latest. But for some, there may still be a long way to go before then. So it’s time to start slowly. The good news is that SEO can help to make websites more accessible, as accessibility and search engine optimization often go hand in hand. Sandra Radtke, SEO consultant at Wingmen Online Marketing, will show us where there are overlaps and how we can check and optimize them.
